I kept hearing such great things about this book, and I knew I had to read it. It does not disappoint. This is a perfect twisty thriller!
The story follows Courtney Gray on her family vacation with her brother and her sister-in-law’s family. They went to a remote lake resort in Wisconsin. One morning, a nightmare happens when Courtney finds out that her brother and sister-in-law are dead. And her niece has gone missing. Courtney does not stop until she gets answers. She starts searching for her niece, Reese.
The story is told through Reese’s point of view as well as Courtney’s. I couldn’t put the book down because of all the twists. I loved that it made me think about who it could be.
I haven’t read a thriller in a long time, and I am so glad I read this one!
