Ash is a filmmaker that has had a traumatic past that stopped her career in its tracks. She is finally ready to pitch a new project to a very well known film producer. In comes, Rose who is a business consultant also with a tragic past. Rose is about to become partner at the firm but all she could do is think about Ash and ways to help her pitch her idea.

In Rose’s spare time she also films ASMR videos. I loved the way the involvement of the ASMR videos brought both of them even closer in the end.

It was nice to see them both open up to one another and talk about their pasts. You see the walls come down for both of them and the trust levels rise while they fall in love with one another.

I also really enjoyed Rose’s sister and their banter. It made for some very funny parts of the story.

This is a cute romance that also involves pugs!
