This is a perfect beach read! With a perfect summer cover!
nn
The setting of the book takes place mainly in Destin, Florida.

Blake and Kat meet in summer camp 15 years ago. They are complete opposites but together they make the best of friends. Kat’s grandfather passes away and her father picks her up from camp. While Blake sees her off, her jaw drops when she comes to find that her father who abandoned her a few years back is also Kat’s. They turn out to be half-sisters.
nn
15 years later their dad passes away and leaves both girls with Kat’s family beach house. Blake wants to immediately sell it to pay for her grandfather’s care, while Kat who is a social media influencer is going to make sure that the beach house remains in the family. n
n
The beach house needs a lot of TLC so Blake decides to work on the beach house to get it ready to sell.
nn
Along the way, they both find love in unexpected ways. It was a roller coaster of emotions between the sisters but in the end, I teared up to see them come together as a family.
nn
Noah who becomes Blake’s love interest in the book is a sweetheart who falls head over heels in love with her. I laughed at all the nicknames he would give the dog every time he sees him.
nn
This story was told through a dual POV between both sisters and was very well written.
