Thank you to NetGalley and Putnam Books for an eARC in exchange for my honest review.

I absolutely loved this feel-good unique heartwarming story. I devoured this book within 24 hours.

It’s the year 2000 and it’s the trifecta of holidays. The airport is extremely busy with Christmas, Hanukkah, and Ramadan all happening simultaneously.

Anna and Maryam are seatmates. Maryam and her family are flying to Toronto for her sister’s wedding and Anna is flying to meet her boyfriend and his family to spend Christmas together for the first time.

Due to one of the biggest snow storms of the century, their plane experienced extreme turbulence and landed in a small town called Snow Falls.

The airport was shut down and they were given vouchers to stay at Snow Falls Inn until they were able to fly out again.

I love the reset that it gives everyone to really evaluate what they want out of life. Anna and Maryam have a lot in common. You see not only their friendship grow throughout the book but you see how much they grow personally.

I can’t say enough good things about this book. This is a must-read for the holiday season. It is such a remarkable story that it will make you want to go to Snow Falls and visit the adorable little town with the most clever store names!

Final Score: 5/5
