I loved this book so much! The Happy Ever After Playlist is the second book in The Friend Zone series. This is a series that needs to be read in order.

This book is all about the wonderful Sloan Monroe. Two years after losing her fiance, Sloan is still trying to get her life back on track. One day a dog pops into her life (literally) and she takes him in to try and find his owner. After weeks, we learn that the dog’s name is Tucker and the owner finally calls Sloan to get his dog back.

We find out his name is Jason and he is away for work, and the dog sitter lost him and now he wants his dog back. Sloan refuses to return him. You can see that the dog is helping Sloan get on with her life.

Jason and Sloan get into a text exchange to the point where you can see them forming a connection. I loved seeing their story grow, you can feel the connection they have with each other. They are so perfect together.

When they meet in person, the sparks are flying! Sloan learns that Jason is a musician that was on tour and he needs to go back on tour again. Jason wants Sloan with him along for the ride.

This book gets all the stars for me. I loved it so much, all the characters are great and so easily likable! Another winner from Abby!
