Just Our Luck takes you on an absolute whirlwind of a charming romance. 

The main character, Sybil, just wants some financial stability in her life. One night, she decided to buy a lottery ticket from her local bakery. Kieran was working that night and he took over the family business of running the bakery. He is broke and tired of working there because he has always dreamed of being a doctor but unfortunately had to ditch that dream. 

Things change for both of them on the night when Sybil walks into the bakery. They spend the night together, and she runs out the next morning without her winning lottery ticket. Kieran is determined to find her and return the ticket, so he turns to social media, which makes him go viral. 

Once they have gone viral, they decide that they need to fake their relationship to keep things going. It was also interesting watching how they navigate becoming millionaires. 

The ending of the book seemed a little rushed but what saved this book for me were all the side characters and family members. They were all so great and each of them added so much humor to the story.
