Book: Forever to Me
Author: Erin Branscom
Thank you to Erin Branscom for an ARC!
This is my first cowboy romance I have read, and it was a great start! Bridger Falls, Wyoming is where we are off to for a small-town cowboy romance.
Walker is working at the bar one night when he sees a woman he has never seen before. The woman’s name is Violet, and she is fairly new to town, and is staying with her aunt who runs the motel. They have an instant connection that leads to a one-night stand.
As the story goes on, we learn that Violet and Walker have so much in common. Violet escaped Nashville, where she was a musician that needed a break. We also find out that Walker is a country music legend who also escaped to Bridger Falls for a new, quiet life with his daughter.
I loved them as a couple. They balanced each other out perfectly. You really see Walker get more comfortable and break out of his shell as the story goes on.
This is book one in the series. I am so excited to see what the next book will be about because the side characters are all so great and bring so much to the table. Mack was was the standout side character for me.
If you love grumpy, sunshine cowboys, you will love this book!
Final Score 4/5
