The Tower is a short story that has three short stories in it. All three stories take place in the building of Eight Block Tower. For a horror book, The Tower was never scary or even creepy but parts of it were definitely unsettling. The second short story called In Invalids was the most unsettling of the three. In this story, women in the building are being killed and who the killer is and how it all plays out was really well done. The other two stories were not as strong as this one but were still enjoyable. This is the first book in a series of short stories and this was done well enough that I will be checking out the next book in the series.
