Anna Green is a struggling artist. Liam West is an heir to a family grocery chain called Weston Foods. Back in college Anna and Liam got married so that they could get into family housing within their college.

Fast forward three years later and Liam is back knocking on Anna’s door with a proposition since they are still technically married. They need to stay married for Liam to get a 1 million dollar inheritance. He just needs Anna to act like his wife at his sister’s wedding. I loved watching this fake marriage develop into real feelings for one another.

I enjoyed both characters throughout the story and I enjoyed this second chance, fake marriage romance! Christina Lauren always knows how to add romance with a twist of comedy. Add this to your summer reading list.
